Digital Products
All digital products, including Lightroom preset packs, stock photo bundles, photography contract templates, photography guides, tutorials, and portfolio templates, are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. Once the digital download has been made, it cannot be returned or exchanged. -
Exchanges
Since our products are digital, exchanges are not available. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. -
Product Issues
If you encounter any technical problems with your purchase, such as corrupted files or download issues, please reach out to us. We will be happy to resolve the issue by providing a new file or troubleshooting. -
Refund Requests
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is defective or not as described. If you believe your purchase meets the criteria for a refund, please contact us with your request, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis. -
Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refund requests will be accepted.
